General Trip Information

GUARANTEES
A credit card is taken at the time of reservation and is charged 50% for any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.  For groups of fifteen or more, cancellation policies vary slightly and 72 hours notice of any cancellation is required for full refund.  Holidays and Saturdays are particularly busy and it is VERY important that guests arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled tour time.

RESPONSIBILITIES
We do everything possible to ensure a safe trip.  Because of the nature of outdoor adventure activities, participation is at your own risk.  A signed waiver is required for all participants.  For minors a parent must be present or have arrangements to sign prior to the trip.  For all snowmobile tours a guarantee for damages must also be provided.  We do this by obtaining a signed credit card imprint.  For groups we can handle both the release and damage deposit prior to the event.

WHAT TO BRING
For your comfort we advise you to dress in layers.  Ski wear and after ski boots are perfect but jeans and long johns will work as well.  If needed, snowsuits boots and helmets are available at no extra charge.  Please bring your own gloves, hats and eye protection (even if going snowmobiling).  Many of these items are also available for purchase in our lodge; including gloves, hats, neck gators and sun glasses.

GUIDES
All tours are led by our professional staff of outstanding people with various backgrounds.  We pride ourselves on having the best guides in the business, each of whom is vitally concerned with the safety and the “Good Times” of our guests.  All our guides are fully trained in First Aid, CPR, guest relations and equipment use.  In addition they are personable and truly love what they do.  Please keep in mind that guides are primarily compensated through gratuities.

RESERVATIONS & TRANSPORTATION
Reservations are highly recommended.  We have installed a new system that makes the process easy and quick.  Please call and let our friendly staff answer any questions you may have and arrange your tour experience. 

We offer transportation from Breckenridge only.  Pick up times are approximately one hour prior to the tour time chosen.  Although we are located only 9 miles from downtown Breckenridge we allow for traffic and multiple pick ups so we can safely transport you to our lodge 30 minutes prior to your tour time.

This establishment provides services, accommodations, and privileges regardless of race, color, creed, sex, religion, age, or national origin. Persons are employed on equal basis to operate, maintain, or construct facilities for your enjoyment.
This facility is operated under a special use permit on land under the jurisdiction of the US Department of Agriculture, Forest Service.
